Delivery & Installation
Brothers Office Furniture delivers across the UK.
Our team will carry in, fully install in to place and clean your furniture.
Before placing an order, please check that the items will fit through any passages, stairwells, lifts, landings and doorways, as we will not accept liability of any damage caused by inadequate room for installation. We reserve the right to abort deliveries if it considered that access is too restricted, by our installers.
Prior to delivery please ensure all areas are cleared.
Please notify our Sales Office about access issues or any potential delays. We reserve the right to charge for any deliveries that are not accepted on the confirmed delivery or installation date.
Please note that we endeavour to deliver within the hours of 8AM-6PM, but cannot be held accountable, for exceeding these hours, in circumstances beyond our control.
This would be dropped to your door on a 1200x1000mm wooden pallet with the furniture banded on to it, then covered in cardboard and shrink wrap for protection.
Please allow access for an 18 Tonne lorry with a tail lift. Delivery will be between 8AM-6PM on the day specified. You will be required to dispose of the pallet and wrapping.
All items can be collected from our Showroom/Warehouse located at 5 DARWIN CLOSE, READING, BERKSHIRE, RG2 0TB. Viewing is available Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM without notice, If you plan to take furniture away with you please try and give as much notice as possible.
Cancellations of Orders
Brothers Office Furniture reserves the right to charge an administration fee for any used stock items not cancelled in writing seven (7) days prior to delivery. Orders for made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted.
Once you have placed an order for New Office Furniture, there will be a £30 charge for every £100 spent to cancel your order (As we place the order with the suppliers immediately, so any cancellations we make, we incur restocking fees). For example, if you buy a desk for £500 and cancel the order the next day, you will be charged a £150 + VAT cancellation charge.
We accept the return of used goods within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Goods should be returned to us in its original packaging and in the condition it was delivered. A minimum handling charge of 10% may apply as our preparation and delivery costs are often worked in to the cost of the products. If you require us to collect the goods from your location, a 25% handling charge + a £1 per mile collection cost will apply (worked out via googles fastest route).
All products that have been re-upholstered or restored to order are non returnable.
